CLEARSOURCE (GRANDE COMMUNICATIONS)
NEW FACILITIES – CORPUS CHRISTI AND AMARILLO, TEXAS

Each project (Corpus Christi and Amarillo, TX) consisted of approximately 24,000SF of office, warehouse, retail, and headend. In both buildings, the headend portion was delivered rapidly to allow equipment installation to progress in parallel with the completion of the remainder of the facilities. Redundant HVAC, electrical, and fire suppression systems support the building, and a satellite farm is adjacent to each structure. Highly technical on the inside, aesthetically striking on the outside, these are important additions to both communities.
