EXPANSION AND RENOVATION
Joint venture with Moorhouse Construction

Project completed as a joint venture with Moorhouse Construction. This expansion to the existing Bayfront Convention Center consisted of approximately 125,000 SF of new floor space including a new kitchen, meeting rooms, grand lobby, public circulation, and entry, and renovations to ballrooms, meeting rooms, and Selena Auditorium. Architecturally stunning, this new landmark facility for Corpus Christi has dramatically increased the level of convention visitor amenities.
