Joint venture with Bartlett Cocke, LP

This project will add 170,000 SF of new classroom and laboratory space to the West Campus for Del Mar College. Consisting of four buildings, three of which connect at the second level with an enclosed walkway/student lounge, the buildings will house instructional space for allied health trades and emerging technology studies.
